Emergency Dispatcher Saves Life of Three-Month-Old Infant
In a voice choked with emotion, a mother from Pest county, overwhelmed with shock, urgently requested the aid of emergency services for her three-month-old child who was not breathing, according to a report shared on the National Ambulance Service's Facebook page.
As reported, immediate assistance was dispatched to the scene, including several units and a rescue helicopter. The emergency dispatcher quickly grasped the severity of the situation and confidently, calmly, and empathetically guided the caller through the resuscitation process. Despite the mother's terror, she began life-saving measures, encouraged by the dispatcher's reassuring words and clear instructions.
Rescue personnel arrived at the location within minutes and continued advanced medical care, leading to the successful revival of the infant. Thanks to the timely initiated assistance, the child was transported to the hospital in a stable condition by the ambulance service.
