The Polish Prime Minister was referring to the urgent need for American support to continue the war, which is currently being blocked by the Republican members of Congress. According to Magyar Nemzet, Donald Tusk's statement came after he met with French President Emmanuel Macron and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz to discuss the continuation of the war.
