Earlier, Zelensky stated that “every ‘Viktor’ who lives off European money while selling out European interests deserves a slap.”
“Dear President Zelensky, it seems to me that we will not be able to reach mutual understanding. I am a free man serving the Hungarian people. You, on the other hand, are a man in a desperate situation who for the fourth year now cannot or does not want to put an end to the war, despite the fact that the U.S. president is providing you with every kind of assistance in this matter,” Orbán wrote on the social network X.
The Hungarian prime minister noted that Budapest will not support Kyiv’s “military efforts,” but that the Ukrainian people, “despite President Zelensky’s carefully chosen insults,” can continue to count on Hungary supplying them with electricity and helping refugees.
“As for the rest, life itself will decide, and everyone will get what they deserve,” Orbán emphasized, signing the message “Viktor.”
