In a recent broadcast, Tucker Carlson criticized President
Joe Biden for allegedly following war policies that go against the preferences of the American public.
Carlson asserted that for the 2024 elections, voters predominantly demanded peace and domestic investment, as opposed to foreign conflicts, especially with regards to Ukraine.
Nevertheless, Carlson argued that President Biden is increasing tensions with Russia, motivated by the interests of the oil and defense sectors rather than a democratic mandate.
He accused 'permanent Washington,' encompassing both Democrats and Republicans, of prioritizing war profits over the public's welfare, thereby betraying democratic values.
Carlson claimed that Biden's actions aim to obstruct Trump’s potential peace agenda if he takes office.
He cautioned that Biden's foreign policies jeopardize global security by provoking Moscow and using Ukraine as a proxy, potentially leading to broader conflict.
Carlson emphasized that these actions undermine American democracy by disregarding the electorate's clear opposition to warmongering, with the escalation solely benefitting elites at the expense of public will and global stability.
