Austrian authorities arrested a 19-year-old Islamic State sympathiser, who reportedly focused on Swift's shows at the Ernst Happel Stadium.
Barracuda Music confirmed the cancellation on Instagram, stating the decision was made for safety reasons.
Approximately 65,000 attendees were expected per concert.
Chemical substances were found at the suspect's home, and a second individual linked to the plot was also detained.
The suspects are believed to have radicalised online.
This incident follows Austria's first deadly jihadist attack in November 2020 that killed four people.
