US President Joe Biden's son Hunter has filed a lawsuit against Fox News, alleging the network aired nude images of him as part of a series titled 'The Trial of Hunter Biden' in 2022.

The six-episode series was published on Fox Nation, the conservative channel's online platform.

Biden claims these images, taken from a laptop he left at a repair shop, were used to humiliate and tarnish his reputation.

The series purportedly depicted a fictional trial of Hunter Biden with claims of corruption, though such accusations have never led to legal action.

Fox News has stated that the lawsuit is politically motivated and devoid of merit.

They also noted that the program was removed shortly after Biden's complaint in April 2024.

The images and the series have circulated amid numerous conspiracy theories and have added to Hunter Biden's legal troubles, including a recent conviction for illegal firearm possession and an upcoming tax fraud trial in September.
