The company is offering this bonus as a gesture of appreciation for the exceptional performance of its employees in recent years.

The management of Mercedes-Benz Manufacturing Hungary Ltd. (MBMH) has decided, based on the results of the closed 2023 fiscal year, to grant a bonus payment of 1,090,000 forints gross to the active employees of the Kecskemét Mercedes-Benz factory.

This one-time amount will be paid at the beginning of April together with the March salary.

Since last year, MBMH has been providing its employees with a direct share in the company's success as a way to thank them for their outstanding performance over the past year.

In accordance with the agreement with trade unions, the amount of the bonus is also determined by local performance metrics set by the Kecskemét management, which have positively affected the payout amount.

The factory management expressed its gratitude to the employees and highlighted that the foundation for the factory's success was laid together as a team.

The Mercedes-Benz plant in Kecskemét employs approximately 4,500 people and produced more than 174,000 vehicles last year.
