In its latest attempt to protect the public from the truth, the UK Parliament is considering summoning
Elon Musk to testify over X’s role in allegedly "spreading harmful content." Apparently, letting people speak freely has become a serious concern.
MP Dawn Butler explained:
"It is vital for the committee to examine how algorithms push hateful content and how well X is moderating it.
Elon Musk is someone we’d like to invite."
The investigation will focus on X’s censorship policy—disguised as "content moderation"—and how its algorithms might be amplifying what the UK government deems "dangerous material," because it's the facts, legitimate opinions, and free ideas that the public needs protection from.
