In a recent video posted on social media, Menczer Tamás, the communications director of Hungary's ruling political coalition Fidesz-KDNP, spoke about the ongoing immigration debate in Europe, particularly in light of recent violent incidents in Germany.

He stated, 'Those who admit immigrants pay with human lives; immigration costs lives.' This remark followed a series of terrorist attacks that have occurred in Germany, specifically mentioning a fatal incident involving a vehicle attack in central Munich on Thursday.

Menczer highlighted the psychological and emotional toll of such attacks on the victims' families and communities, stating that 'there are dead, injured, mourners, and people in shock; this is immigration.' He suggested that the victims and their families are entitled to question why such events are happening to them.

Furthermore, Menczer attributed the responsibility for these incidents to what he described as pro-immigration policies from both domestic political opponents and Brussels.

He noted that the European Union has subjected Hungary to financial penalties amounting to one million euros per day for its rejection of immigration policies.

He claimed, 'They are blackmailing us, punishing us, pressuring us, but we will stand firm.'

Menczer also referred to Manfred Weber, a prominent European politician, suggesting that he aims to bring more immigrants into Europe through a proposed migration pact, which he claimed has garnered support from some Hungarian political parties, but has been vehemently opposed by the ruling coalition.

He concluded by asserting that the fight against these policies would continue.
