Hillary Clinton and Chelsea Clinton Reveal Premiere Date of AppleTV+ Series

The mother-daughter duo also hinted at some of the celebrities set to make guest appearances on the upcoming series.

Hillary Clinton and Chelsea Clinton are back on TV, this time hosting and producing a documentary series celebrating the most inspirational and influential women of their time.

The former First Lady shared the release date for the upcoming AppleTV+ series titled Gutsy, and hinted at some of the guest stars in the caption of a photo she posted to Instagram.

Clinton wrote: We've got a premiere date! "Gutsy," our new eight-episode documentary series, will premiere on @appletvplus on September 9. Set your calendars to join Chelsea and me for intimate conversations about life, careers, and courage with some of our personal heroines, favorite pioneering women, and fellow mother-daughter duos. We talked to Gloria Steinem, Jane Goodall, Kim Kardashian, Megan Thee Stallion, Goldie Hawn, and Kate Hudson—plus many more artists, activists, and community leaders. We can't wait to have you join this conversation with us."

In a press release, AppleTV+ clued fans in on what to expect from the upcoming series that is based on the Clintons’ acclaimed New York Times bestselling book, The Book of Gutsy Women.

According to the release, the series utilizes Hillary and Chelsea's mother-daughter bond to create a unique, multi-generational approach to the important and timely issues highlighted in each episode.

"The docuseries features Hillary and Chelsea as they embark on a thought-provoking journey to speak with pioneering women artists, activists, community leaders and everyday heroes who show us what it truly means to be 'gutsy'."

And fans couldn't be more excited, with many taking to social to share their enthusiasm for the upcoming series.

"Love to see women celebrating women! 🙌" one commented. "Oh my gosh. What a fun mother/daughter venture. Can’t wait to watch with my daughter. Women celebrating women. It’s a win win.❤️🥂👏" another user wrote.

Albeit, some fans of the former first family are not happy that Kim Kardashian made the cut. slamming not only Kardashian in the comments section, but also claiming they'll be boycotting the show over her presence.

As Clinton shared in her Instagram post, the highly-anticipated docuseries will release exclusively to AppleTV+ on September 9.
