Amnesty International restores 'prisoner of conscience' status to Kremlin critic Alexei Navalny
Amnesty International has reversed its decision to strip the jailed Kremlin critic Alexey Navalny of his "prisoner of conscience" status, the human rights group said on Friday.

Amnesty also criticized "the Russian government and its supporters" for using the initial revocation "to further violate Navalny's rights."
