Yulia Navalnaya: Putin Will Not Escape Punishment for My Husband's Death
Yulia Navalnaya is not yet certain whether the news of Alexei Navalny's death is true.
Russian President Vladimir Putin and his associates will not go unpunished if the death of Alexei Navalny, which was reported by the Russian prison service on Friday, is confirmed, according to Yulia Navalnaya as reported by Reuters.
Speaking at the Munich Security Conference, Navalnaya expressed her skepticism about the news of her husband's death, since it came from Russian government sources. “We cannot trust Putin and the Putin government. They always lie,” Navalnaya stated.
"If it is true, I want Putin and his entire team, Putin's friends, his government to know that they will be held responsible for what they have done to our country, my family, my husband. And this day will come very soon," she proclaimed.
